Every year, NBCUniversal hosts LA Screenings. It’s a five-day event, where approximately 1,300 content buyers from around the world come to the Universal lot to acquire content for pay platforms, free and basic pay-tv channels, subscription (e.g. Netflix) and transactional services (e.g. iTunes).

The LA Screenings Opening Sizzle is the first thing clients see as they start their day of screening pilots. The goal is to set the mood, engage and excite. It needs to be compelling and convey the company’s success in scripted, non-scripted and theatrical content. The objective was to capture talent and producers reflecting on meaningful moments they’ve experienced while working for NBCUniversal and to visually express the sheer amount of content NBCUniversal produces.
